Deb Sagisser is the owner of Heart and Soul Reflexology and is a nationally certified Reflexologist through the ARCB (American Reflexology Certification Board). She obtained her training at the St. Croix Center for Healing Arts. Reflexology is a unique and holistic way to support your good health and help you feel better throughout your whole body. By nourishing your mental and physical vitality, reflexology can help you let go of tension and maintain your balance in meeting the demands and stresses of your daily life. She began integrating Young Living Oils into her practice in 2009 when she was diagnosed with Lupus. Many of her clients have have greatly improved through their sessions of combined reflexology and Young Living oils. To learn more about Young Living, click here. She is a follower of Jesus Christ, and believes that reflexology is just one more opportunity to honor God with the passion for overall healing through reflexology and essential oils. Some of her favorite things to do are spending time with my husband, children and grandchildren, having fun with girlfriends, crocheting, reading, and encouraging women in their walk with the Lord.
Holly Peterson received her training at CenterPoint Massage School & Clinic in St Louis Park, Minnesota. She has been a practicing Massage Therapist and Reflexologist for three years and an Energetic Healing Practitioner for seven years. She is currently working towards becoming a Nationally Certified Reflexologist. Holly bases her work on the idea that physical, energetic, spiritual, and mental healing occur side by side, supporting each other; like a table with four legs. She believes our feet are a vital part of our body, moving us through life, connecting us to the Earth; the base that we stand on, literally. Helping the body achieve balance (homeostasis) through Reflexology and Energetic Healing is what she offers at Heart & Soul, LLC. Holly loves nature and gets rejuvenation from walking in the woods, swimming in the St. Croix River, working in her flower gardens, and being with my family. She has a strong spiritual background and believes you can see and hear the most extraordinary in the most common of things; whispers of wind in a tree, a bent Daisy in a vacant parking lot, the silence of snow, and the compassion of a fellow human being.
